Last Friday, January 25, Bodegas Pinoso was present at FITUR, the most important tourism fair in our country, in this edition has had 10,487 companies and tourist offices in 165 countries and regions around the world. A professional tasting was carried out, where some of its wines were presented, such as Vergel Blanco and Vergel Tinto Joven, Diapiro Roble and Pinoso Alta Expresión, showing the diversity of Bodegas Pinoso in the elaboration of organic and vegan wines, and wines with tradition, as well as its wine tourism offer. All presented at the stand of the Comunitat Valenciana, collaborating with the City Council of Pinoso, the Regulatory Council Protected Designation of Origin Alicante wines, and the Wine Route of Alicante. In addition, they participated in the showcooking by pairing with Diapiro Roble and Vergel Tinto Joven the typical rabbit and snail paella prepared by La Torre de Pinoso Restaurant. A community, the Valencian one, that bets for the exquisite thing that the Mediterranean lands contribute, showing the enological and gastronomic tourism that treasures. A journey where wine tourism, gastronomy, history, culture and tradition came together to showcase a very Mediterranean territory such as Pinoso, and show the work of Bodegas Pinoso and its wines.
