This wine is elaborated from selected hand-picked Airén and Macabeo grape varieties. Grapes are soaked for 10 hours at a low temperature (10 ºC) for maximum extraction of aromas. After that grape juice “flor” bleed, it is taken to stainless steel tanks of controlled fermentation. Fermentation takes 15 days at temperature that ranges from 12 to 14 ºC.
Colour: Clean and transparent, with tones which emphasize its freshness.
Nose: Elegant aromas of medium intensity recalling flowers, white and citric fruits.
Palate: Well balanced, very pleasant acidity and lingering fruit.
White meats, white fish, seafood, risotto.
Service temperature: 6 – 8ºC
